Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Attune. By creating an account or using Attune, you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Attune is for genuine friendship and romantic connection among adults. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to use Attune in any way that violates our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law. Without limiting that policy, you specifically agree that you will not:
- Engage in, promote, solicit, or facilitate human trafficking, sex trafficking, or sexual exploitation of any person.
- Aid, abet, encourage, or incite abuse, harassment, sexual violence, or exploitation of any person on or through the platform.
- Upload or share sexually explicit profile content, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate content, or other prohibited material described in our AUP.
- Run scams, fraud, or deceptive schemes intended to defraud other Attune users.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm other users.
We may investigate violations, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion. We may report serious misconduct to law enforcement or child-safety organizations.
Subscriptions
Free accounts receive limited daily likes. Attune Plus is a paid subscription billed through Stripe (web) or Apple / Google (mobile). Renewals and cancellations follow the store or Stripe portal rules. Prices shown in-app may include applicable taxes.
Safety and offline interactions
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, including any meetings or communications outside Attune. Use block and report tools and exercise caution. Attune does not conduct criminal background checks on users.
Disclaimer
Attune is provided as-is. Matching suggestions are compatibility estimates, not guarantees. Neurotype tags are optional self-identification, not medical advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attune and its operators are not liable for conduct of users on or off the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Attune is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid us.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
